Without a doubt, this is the best campsite at Lake Balaton. It is only 5 min walk from the centre of Badacsony and about the same from the first wineries. It has clean and modern facilities, very friendly and helpful staff, and a lovely lake side. There is a little shop and a bistro at the entrance too. I felt safe here camping on my own. It is a bit pricey but worth it. I wish there were more campsites like this one around the lake!

We came back at third times and it is was an amazing experience. Nice calm waterfront, clean bathroom, showers and kitchen. The security is excellent also with a nice guard during the night. 👌👌👌
The day before we arrived to camp with a tent we called to make sure there would be space or to reserve the spot. The woman on the phone assured there would be space. After driving 4 hours we arrived and were told that there was no space at all for us, despite confirming it would be fine. Horrible customer service.

We had an amazing (though short) time at the Badacsony camping! Loved the private beach and the cleanliness, not so much the noise coming from the town (not the camping's fault). You can also rent SUP boards and other watersport items. The staff was very friendly
Very nice quite place! Camping is quite small and its big attitude of this place, you are avoiding all these crouds.... Toilets are clean, personel is very helpfull. Parcels for campers are quite big-only pitty that not all are shaded, and equiped with access to electricity. Kids will find small playground for them selves- could be little bit better equiped. For me its a good place to visit if You are looking place to rest from noisy city!
